Thousands of visitors made their way to the annual Cumberland Show to enjoy the one-day extravaganza last weekend.
Held at Brisco, Carlisle, the agricultural show celebrated the best that Cumbria has to offer in terms of livestock, traditional crafts, food, drink and more.
Combining tradition and agriculture with a fresh, modern focus, the show succeeded in bringing a taste of county life to the city, which all made for a great family day out.
Lloyd Motor Group were among the many local businesses in attendance, winning the best Trade stand with their Tipi inspired display.
The Lloyd team hosted existing and new customers from a Tipi with refreshments available throughout the day and plenty of laughter and great conversation enjoyed by all.
A seven metre by four metre remote control racetrack, complete with viewing platform, was also on hand to entertain younger members of the family and the older ‘competitive’ parents who also got involved.
The Lloyd Motor Group stand showcased some of the great new cars and motorbike models on offer from BMW, MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Honda, Honda Motorcycles and BMW Mottorad.
Craig Kirkpatrick, Head of Marketing at Lloyd Motor Group said:
“Feedback from everyone who came to the Lloyd Motor Group stand has been excellent. The family orientated racetrack was really well received and the Tipi became a focal point at the show being the only one on the showground.
It was great to see new and existing customers catching up with our great team, browsing some of the new cars and motorbikes we displayed and having a great time on our stand.”
