Lloyd Motor Group Joins Carlisle Ambassadors

We are very proud to announce that we recently became members of Carlisle Ambassadors! A membership scheme for businesses, organisations, and individuals connected to Carlisle, Carlisle Ambassadors work to develop connections and make things happen within the city. Here at Lloyd Motor Group, supporting local communities is at the heart of our culture, and becoming part of Carlisle Ambassadors was a natural fit for us and our vision.

On Thursday 1^st December 2022, members of our Corporate team attended their first meeting with Carlisle Ambassadors at Carlisle Racecourse. The theme of the meeting was Customer Service and Experience, and our team, along with 200 other businesses and organisations, spent the afternoon networking and meeting other members who want to make Carlisle an even better place to work, live and visit.

On the day, our Corporate team hosted a showcase stand, with our Local Business Development Managers from BMW and MINI (Cameron Tyler), Jaguar and Land Rover (Jason McAleese), Kia (Emma Wilkinson), and our Group Leasing Manager (Tom Gilligan). On top of this, the team were running a competition throughout the event, where one lucky winner was selected to win the use of the fully-electric BMW iX for a weekend!

Thank you to everyone who came to say hello during the meeting, and to Carlisle Ambassadors for hosting a brilliant event. It was great for our team to meet so many passionate individuals and businesses who want to make a difference for the future development of Carlisle. We look forward to the next one, and can’t wait to further our connections within the city.
