Lloyd North Tyneside BMW has welcomed Rebekah Jeffreys as their new Business Sales Executive. Bringing extensive experience in sales, Rebekah is dedicated to helping business customers find the ideal BMW  to meet their needs.

Known for her commitment to building long-lasting client relationships, she will be supporting a wide range of customers from company car drivers and small business owners to those managing national fleets by offering tailored vehicle and finance solutions.

Hello Rebekah, could you tell us a bit about yourself?  

I'm Rebekah and I'm a local gal from Bedlington. I've worked in Sales for as long as I can remember, probably around 13 years and the last 6 years I've been in the Motor Trade. I love holidays, a nice glass of red wine and I really enjoy cooking too.

Congratulations on your new role, what drew you to Lloyd Motor Group and your position as Business Sales Executive?  

Thank you! I'm really excited about it. For the last year, I've been working in commercial vehicles, selling to businesses but after 12 months away, it was time to come back home to cars. I have a few friends that were already working for Lloyd Motor Group and they all had nothing but good things to say about the business. It just made perfect sense.

What has been the highlight working at Lloyd North Tyneside BMW so far?  

The brand is naturally a massive draw but honestly it's the people for me. My first impression was just how friendly everyone is and every single person has been nothing but welcoming bringing me into the Sales team.

What does a typical day in your role look like?  

Difficult question to answer as I'm so fresh into my role. I'm sure it goes without saying that my day starts with a coffee so I'm ready for whatever the day brings. I have a lot to learn but I'm a fast learner.

What do you think is the most important quality for a Business Sales Executive to have?  

I think relationship building is so important in a Business Sales Executive role meaning the customer has trust not only in the brand but the person they're dealing with too. People still ultimately buy from people.

Do you drive an EV? If so, tell us about your experience.

I do! I drive a BMW i4 and I absolutely love it ! Charging is super easy, it looks outstanding and the performance of the car is so impressive. A good all rounder.

What’s your favourite way to spend a weekend?  

I love a cheeky little weekend break. Whether its hopping on a flight for a city break or heading to a cosy cabin with my other half and our gorgeous cocker spaniel (Otis).

If you had to give one piece of advice for someone looking to start in the motor trade, what would you say?  

Just do it! I genuinely love my job, mainly because of the type of people it attracts. It's full of big personalities, a laugh a minute and you're spoilt with a nice car (always a great perk to the job!). If you're not work shy and like a good laugh, the motor trade is perfect for you.
