Since joining Lloyd Carlisle MINI as a Sales Executive in October 2024, Natasha has quickly made her mark with her friendly, customer-focused approach. With four years’ experience helping drivers navigate the Motability Scheme, she has earned her reputation as a trusted Motability Specialist who genuinely cares about matching people with the perfect MINI.

Since joining us, Natasha has helped many drivers find the perfect MINI to suit their lifestyle and accessibility needs.

Outside of work, Natasha loves photography, DIY and travelling, and she’s on a mission to visit every continent and as many countries as she can. So far, she’s explored 23 countries across three continents!

Josh became part of the Lloyd Carlisle MINI family 1 year ago and has rapidly established himself as a go-to expert for all things Motability. With eight years of hands-on experience with the scheme, he combines deep knowledge with practical advice to ensure every customer finds the right vehicle and adaptations for their needs.

When he’s not at the dealership, Josh prefers to stay on the move; He enjoys visiting new cities and thinks the best trips are always the spontaneous ones! If he could choose any MINI for a road trip, he’d take the MINI Countryman JCW on the North Coast 500 - the perfect blend of space, performance, and driving excitement.
