Lloyd Blackpool BMW is delighted to welcome Ellie Baptist and Jack Littler as the newest members of their Retention Team. Their arrival marks an exciting step forward in how Lloyd Blackpool look after their customers long after they've driven away in their new BMW. Retention teams play a vital role in any retailer, acting as the dedicated link between customers and the business to ensure every service, MOT, or query is handled with the same care and attention that led them to choose us in the first place. By focusing specifically on nurturing these ongoing relationships, Ellie and Jack will help ensure that their customers feel valued and supported throughout their entire journey with Lloyd Blackpool BMW, not just at the point of sale.

What’s your favourite thing about your role?

It's got to be building relationships with customers. The loveliest people I have ever spoken too, and I have some of the best conversations (not always about cars). 
 

What do you like about working for Lloyd Motor Group?

I love the people! The team are just amazing, and we have a lot of laughs in between all of the hard work. 
 

What advice would you give to someone looking to start their career in the motor industry? 

If you love talking to people and have a genuine interest in being a part of special moments, then this is 100% the industry for you .
 

Tell us 3 facts about yourself?!

I have a pony called Ashra who I have had for 10 years now.
I spent a few months travelling round California and Indonesia with my sister back in 2023.
I love going hiking and spending time in nature.

Never give up! No matter how hard things get or how stressful things become, just keep motoring on!!!
 

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I love taking my 4 Series out for weekend rides with my partner and spending time with my best mate.
