This month at Lloyd South Lakes BMW we had an exciting milestone to celebrate. Steve Stowe, our fantastic Senior Service Advisor is celebrating 25 years at the site. Known for his exceptional customer service and knowledge of the brand, Steve is an integral member of our amazing South Lakes Team.

25 years is an incredible achievement, what do you like about working for Lloyd Motor Group?
I really enjoy working for such a well established and family company along with the BMW brand. Over 25 years I have built up a large amount of customers who enjoy my helpful and professional work ethic, I’m proud to be part of the team and always endeavor to do my job to the best of my ability.
What is your favorite thing about your role.
No two days are ever the same in this job, every day is different!
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
My old service manager said never lose a workshop job, always strike a deal. Better to have half a loaf rather than no loaf at all.
What has been the biggest change in the motor industry since you started?
Definitely technology…..cars have gone from nuts/bolts jobs to software updates.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
