First class customer service during my experience of Lloyd Blackpool. Having a seized brake calliper en route to a Christmas pantomime on the 22nd Dec, meant I rolled a smoking X5 onto the forecourt at 12:30, and by 1:00pm I was on my way with all the children transferred to a courtesy car. We made the show, the curtain raising at 1:30pm. Sam in service even charged my mobile phone whilst booking me in...it was one of those days! We collected the vehicle the next day, repaired and valeted. I'm still in amazement of their attitude towards customer care literally days before the Christmas break. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this dealership.
