National Apprenticeship Week: Meet our Apprentices!

Did you know that we currently have over 60 apprentices across Lloyd Motor Group? From Apprentice Techincians and Parts Advisors, to IT and Accounts Apprentices, we’re committed to helping every learner achieve their full potential. 

To get to know some of our apprentices better, we asked just a handful of them across the Group some quickfire questions. Read on to meet Connor, Luke, Ryan and Dylan!

How are you finding your apprenticeship so far?

 “I am a third-year apprentice and have thoroughly enjoyed my time developing new skills whilst learning on the job. BMW offer a great training programme for us apprentices providing us with knowledge which we can then implement at the retailer.”

Sweet or Savoury?

“Savoury!”

How are you finding your apprenticeship so far?

“I’m really enjoying it - it's a great opportunity to learn about something I'm interested in”.

Are you an early bird or night owl?

“I prefer to be a night owl as after work I go to the gym with my friends”.

How are you finding your apprenticeship so far?

"I'm really enjoying my apprentice programme! I've gained so much knowledge in the short time I have worked here, and can’t wait to get involved in the Volvo programme in Daventry"

What's your favourite film? 

"Grown Ups 2!"

Combining on-the-job skill development with college-based or manufacturer-provided training, we pride ourselves on the success of our Apprentice Programmes, with all of those who have completed their courses taking on a permanent role within our business.
